You know, I honestly don't know. It just sorta came one day. Like one month (over summer a way long time ago.) my Starcraft campaign name was Savant(Durkee), and the next it was "JermanDurkey" (Which was sort of a purposeful mispelling.) I think it just sorta stuck. (D341)Jerman was my primary Half-Life, TFC name back in the day. ...It's funny, because the "J" makes it where it can be pronounced "German" or "Herman" depending on how your language views the phonetic value of "J"
