No, you see, we, (or maybe it's just me) are feeling the need to correct improper pronunciation so as to avoid such incidents as "Erik Noddin," "Tomato/Toma-to" and "Potato/Pota-to"

Why? I actually can be very mature and boring at times, I'm not always in mood to argue and debate. And I know that his name is probably pronounced the way you guys say it is. It was just fun to disagree with kevin at the time, and I don't see the big deal with pronouncing it my way anyway. I'll have to be more open-minded next time, sorry.

Actually, I only really had an issue with it because pronounciation is one of my very few pet-peeves. Playing devil's advocate can be fun at times... I suppose.
