Well what happened is George (played by Jason Alexander) had a date with this girl and she offered for him to come up to her appartement for coffee and he said that he couldn't because coffee kept him up all night (he didn't get what she was implying until she left his car) then later on he called her and left a message on her answering machine. She never returned the call so he left a couple more. Then he finds out she was out of town so his plan was to meet her at her appartment and slip in a different tape on her answering machine (he left some pretty bad messages). However he needed someone to do it for him while he distracted her. So he has Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) come along. His code to let Jerry know if she was coming was Tippy Toe Tippy Toe Lemon Tree In the end he found out that her neighbor played back the messages to her, however she thought he was just joking around The shows can be complicated to explain, but there so hilarious.

Kramer is the king! The king of what, I don't know, but he's still a king nonetheless. Like the time he had the whole hot-tub thing going on in his apartment, with the butter and whatnot, and he fell asleep and ended up cooking himself.

He's probably the dumbest man alive, but he's so funny.
